Am I a good fit for the program?
My experience working with experienced (1-2 years in business) entrepreneurs struggling to hit the $100k or $250k milestone is there is a lot of confusion of how product, marketing, and sales work together and what levers to pull to get to the next level. We start with the POWER PLAY FRAMEWORK so you understand what is working and what needs attention. Our weekly calls are set up to also have space to address individual questions. Between milestone 1:1 calls and office hours, there will be plenty of opportunity to get 1:1 attention.

Hi, I'm Carissa
I’m on a mission to help BIPOC entrepreneurs achieve time, location, financial and occupational freedom.
I'm a 2nd-generation Filpina-American woman, daughter of immigrants, business coach and consultant for multi-passionate, ambitious BIPOC entrepreneurs. As a former strategic planner & analyst and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) director, I have over 15 years of cross-industry experience working on the operations and the human side of business, from the private sector, to startups, to non-profits.
My work has been featured in TIME, Girlboss, Mindbody Green, and I’ve had the opportunity to speak at Fortune 500s to startups and non-profits including Calendly, KPMG, Octagon Sports, Publicis Groupe, Kapor Capital, Pearson, and the YMCA.
